One item, many jobs

The card never changes.
What it opens does.

Scroll and watch the same product do a different job. Nothing is reprinted and nothing is rewritten. You change one setting.

01

Digital business card

Tap and your details open with a Save contact button, quick call and email buttons, and your review link sitting right underneath.

02

Google review link

A stand on the counter takes a happy customer straight into the Google review box, with your rating and recent reviews in view.

03

Event check in

A badge or wristband checks an attendee in at the door, then keeps working afterwards as their business card.

04

Wi-Fi share

Guests join the network from a tap on the table stand. The password is filled in for them, so nothing gets written on a chalkboard.

05

Menu and ordering

Every table gets its own tag, so the order already knows which table it came from before anyone types a thing.

06

Payment link

Send someone to a payment page in their own currency, with GCash, Maya, QR Ph or card switched on as you like.

How it works

Four steps, one of them is ours.

1

Design it

Pick a template, drop in your logo and colors, preview front and back. Or send us your artwork.

2

We print and encode

Each chip is written to its own short link, locked, and checked before packing. Nothing for you to set up.

3

Tap it

Any phone opens your card, link page, menu, review link or check in. Works on iPhone and Android, nothing for them to install.

4

Change it any time

New job, new event, new link. Update the destination from your dashboard. The product stays the same.

Getting set up

One storefront. Five ways in.

Whoever buys, the product arrives already encoded. What changes is who configures it and when.

1Single order, set it up yourselfBuy one card or keychain. The first tap opens the claim page in your phone browser. Sign in, pick what it does. Two minutes.
CSVBulk order with a spreadsheetUpload names, titles and links at checkout. Every tag is assigned and configured before it ships, so it works out of the box.

The chip holds one locked link, so where it physically sits never matters. A tag in Manila and a tag in New Jersey are configured from the same screen.

Static mode, on request

Buyers who want an offline contact, Wi-Fi or text written on the chip itself can pick it in the design step. The trade off is shown plainly: it cannot be changed later and there are no tap counts.

Who logs in where

The address you visit decides whose store you see.

Every screen and every record is scoped to one account. Roles decide what a person can touch inside it.

Built for events

Badges that check people in and keep working after the doors close.

  • Check in in two seconds. An attendee taps a stand at the door. The organizer sees the count live and exports the list after.
  • Lead retrieval without a rental scanner. Exhibitors tap a badge and the contact lands in their leads list with notes attached.
  • Sponsor tap points. Stands, wristbands and table tents that count every tap per sponsor for the wrap up report.
  • The badge becomes a business card. After the event the same chip points to the attendee's own card. They keep it, your brand stays on it.

Schools and offices

Tap in, tap out, the parent knows.

  • Gate reader, recommended. A Tap Box or tablet at the door reads the student's card or keychain. Under a second. It works for kids with no phone, and queues offline when the network drops.
  • What is on the chip is not the attendance. The card carries a link to the student's profile page, or nothing at all. The reader matches the chip serial to the roster. A parent tapping the card sees a profile, never attendance data.
  • Student phone mode, with secure chips. A school placed tag the student taps with their own phone. Secure chips make every tap a unique verified link, so it cannot be copied and used from home.
  • Their own back end. Each school is its own account: roster, staff roles, daily register, late and early reports, export, and a portal where a guardian sees only their own children.

We encode everythingDefault

Our team writes and locks every chip before shipping. The reseller never touches a chip and only sees order status.

Reseller encodesBlank stock in bulk

A branded encoder under their login pulls a batch of codes, writes, locks and reads the chip serial back. They never see or type a link.

Assign on siteFor organizers

Badges arrive already encoded. Tap a badge, pick the attendee. That is assignment, not encoding, so any phone works.

Hardware line

The readers are products too.

Our own readers have no phone or operating system limits. They read the chip serial and post the event to your dashboard. Sold or rented, with reseller markup.

Questions

The things people ask first.

01

Does the person tapping need to install anything?

No. Every modern iPhone and Android reads our tags and opens the link in the browser. On iPhone a short notification appears first, then it opens. Every item also carries a printed QR code as a fallback. Your own team gets the GoTapSpeed Station app for encoding, check in and badge assignment.

02

Can I change what the card does after it is printed?

Yes, any time, as often as you like. The chip holds one locked link that never changes. What sits behind that link is edited from your dashboard, so a new job or a new event does not mean a new card.

03

Do I have to set anything up when it arrives?

Only if you want to. Order one or two and the first tap opens a claim page where you sign in and pick what it does, in about two minutes. Order in bulk with a spreadsheet and we configure every item before it ships.

04

What happens if I lose a card?

Pause it from the dashboard and the link stops resolving immediately. Nothing personal sits on the chip itself, so a lost card is a lost piece of plastic, not lost data.

05

Can I resell these under my own brand?

Yes. Resellers get their own storefront, their logo and colors, wholesale pricing and payouts. We produce, encode and ship, and they keep the customer relationship.

06

How does school attendance work?

A reader at the gate reads the student card and records the time in or out, then notifies the guardian. It takes under a second and works for students with no phone. The card itself carries no attendance data.

Tell us what you are handing out.

Send the event, the headcount and the deadline. We will come back with the right product, the right chip and a quote. Single cards welcome too.
